These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and any services provided by Vacantville LLC, doing business as Metroplex Home Offer, and its partner ZEC Home Solutions LLC (collectively referred to as the “Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or submitting your information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. TCPA Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC)
By providing your phone number and clicking "Submit" (or the equivalent button), you provide your Prior Express Written Consent to be contacted by Vacantville LLC d.b.a. Metroplex Home Offer AND ZEC Home Solutions LLC for marketing, telemarketing, and informational purposes regarding your property.
- One-to-One Consent: You acknowledge that you are providing consent specifically to the two companies named above. This consent is not a "blanket" authorization for unnamed third parties.
- Communication Methods: You agree to receive communications via telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails. This includes the use of an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS), artificial voices, and pre-recorded messages.
- DNC Registry: This consent applies even if your number is listed on any Federal, State, or internal “Do Not Call” (DNC) registry.
- No Purchase Required: You understand that providing this consent is not a condition of selling your property or purchasing any goods or services.
- Logical & Topical Relationship: You agree that any contact from the Owner or its partner is logically and topically related to your inquiry about real estate services.
2. Revocation of Consent (Opt-Out)
In accordance with 2025 FCC regulations, you may revoke your consent at any time using any reasonable method.
3. No Real Estate Agency or Professional Advice
- SMS: Reply “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “REVOKE,” or “OPT OUT” to any text message.
- Other Methods: You may also revoke consent via email, phone, or any other reasonable verbal or written communication.
- 10-Day Processing: We will honor all revocation requests within ten (10) business days of receipt. Once revoked, all marketing and informational communications to that specific number or email will cease.
The Owner and its partner are real estate investment companies. We are not acting as your licensed real estate agents or brokers. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of this website. Information provided on this site is for informational purposes and is not legal or financial advice.
4. Accuracy of Information & Ownership
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of the property or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the owner. You agree to indemnify the Owner and ZEC Home Solutions LLC for any claims arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
This website is provided “as is.” Vacantville LLC and ZEC Home Solutions LLC make no warranties regarding the accuracy of property estimates or that a formal offer will be made. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this lead-generation platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the Owner is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
